I have been on and off with Will from the sales team due to personal financial commitments since 2023 June and finally got the system done in Feb 2024. He has been helpful and following up as per my requirement for quite awhile now, patiently. Aaron and team were great with the installation on site of the 5KW system including the battery and gave me a run through of it after installation.

Great experience!! Recommended configuration. Sorted cherry picker, removed obsolete panels, installed new panels, replaced invertor, new battery, new eddie and new car charger. Very good communications. Friendly install crew. Highly recommend.

Installed about 6 months now, Will helped me organise the package which was 10 panels, Solis inverter, 5kw Dyness battery and a Zappi charger, all installed in the one day. Received the Government grant for the Panels and the charger. Battery fully died once due to the cold but had one of the installers Alex out within the hour to fix this.
